Alfonso A. Guilin For over fifty years I have worked with farm labor, mostly with Mexican Nationals. First working along side Braceros in the early 50's on my father's farm; as a regulator with the State Farm Labor Service; as a manager of a large citrus farm; as a consultant on labor issues to farm operations; and even lately as a spiritual voice for farm workers as an ordained minister in my church.
